I started my dental implant journey with Dr.Taschner in 2021 to replace my congenitally missing incisors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He worked closely with my orthodontist to coordinate spacing and root alignment, and also with my cosmetic dentist to ensure a natural final result. Once we reached ideal spacing, he placed both implants with precision and guided me through every step of healing. When one implant needed extra time to integrate, he even coordinated temporary crowns with my cosmetic dentist to support healing while keeping my smile looking great. Dr. Taschner’s attention to detail, communication, and genuine care made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend him to anyone considering dental implants or specialized periodontal care!

Dr Ronny Tashner is amazing! I was a very difficult case due to an implant being placed incorrectly 10 years ago by another provider. I’ve been seeing Dr Tashner for 5 years for ongoing issues w my implant as well as an adjacent tooth for root absorption. Dr. Taschner was wonderful. He is kind , conscientious and thorough. I needed a gum graft due to a receding gum on a lower front tooth. The surgery was surprisingly painless. Although this type of surgery is never easy to experience due to eating restrictions, it went pretty smoothly. He is calm and doesn’t rush. He is very personable. His staff is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My dentist told me, “I would not recommend anyone else to do this surgery.”

I had a great experience at this office for my gum surgery. During my initial visit the entire process was explained and I left feeling secure I would be receiving the best care possible, and I did! The surgery was painless and the follow-up care was great. After I was healed, Kyle cleaned my teeth and he was so gentle and caring, and did a great job. What can I say about Taschner Periodontists. I can tell you once you enter the office you will be in great hands. Check in with efficiency and friendliness. Always a smile. I happen to also like the chairs they have in the office. But I digress. Once the work starts, you know you chose the right office. I had a six tooth bridge in the front of my mouth that was not viable anymore. Working hand-in-hand with my dentist, the work began. The newest equipment will guide the staff to the right procedure for you. I had four implants and not a bit of trouble with them. Dr. Taschner is not only kind but he knows what he’s doing.. I had absolutely no issues with all four implants. Does it take time? Yes, but it is worth it because my teeth look beautiful!! Get ready for the compliments! Dr. Taschner also will keep an eye on his work by having you come in for cleaning appointments that will alternate with your dentist.
