Dr. Taschner has been preparing me for laser treatment to treat my gum disease, after being notified by my dentist about a bone chip that had pushed it way through my gum the office called and wanted to see me right away. Dr. Taschner was so gentle and very quickly removed the chip from my gum line. Siding on the side of caution, she referred me to an oral surgeon before we would proceed with the laser treatment. A few weeks later I was still waiting to see the surgeon when another bone chip pushed through. This time it was bigger and much more painful. I called the office at 8:30 am and by 10:30 that morning Dr. Taschner had removed the chip and provided me with instant relief. Her kind, caring approach and gentle touch comforted me immediately. I can't thank her and the staff enough for helping to relieve me from the pain that I was in. Merciful, that is the word to describe Dr. Taschner and her whole staff. I am actually looking forward to getting the laser treatment, because after the last couple visits I know that they will do everything possible to make me comfortable. Dr. Taschner has eliminated my fear of dentist and periodontist. Thank you
